I have a less than stellar history with running. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a really good runner (sub 6 minute miles for 5+ mile runs, when I really ramp up). It also becomes a calorie burning obsession. It’s actually how my eating disorder began 15 years ago.
And it is totally a play be my current brain malfunction to accelerate my weight loss. The plan is to run at least an hour a day, everyday, for… a while.
