Run Complete (ED TW)

I just ran 6.5 miles in 65 minutes. That’s an even 10 minute mile (6 mph). Pretty slow by historical standards but, given that’s the first time I’ve run in several years, I’ll take it.

I’m planning on getting up in about 8 hours for a repeat run (if I can still move my legs, when I wake up).

New plan of attack if I feel like eating: instead of bingeing and purging, I’ll run at least 3 miles and see if my hunger doesn’t go away.

Btw, I’m going to start adding the ‘ED Trigger Warning’ to posts like this because of the unhealthy and potentially triggering nature of this behavior.
